Any attempt to alter, supplement, or amend this document to enter an order for service(s) which is subject to additional or altered terms and conditions will be null and void, unless otherwise agreed to in a written agreement signed by both Customer and The Thai Spa.

• When you visit our website, we give you a limited licence to access and use our information for personal use.
• You are permitted to download a copy of the information on this website to your computer for your personal use only provided that you do not delete or change any copyright symbol, trademark or other proprietary notice. Your use of our content in any other way infringes our intellectual property rights.

Prices For Services

• All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). We strive to ensure that our price list is current. The price list can be accessed from our website and we reserve the right to amend our prices at any time.
• Prices are subject to change without advance notice and it is our endeavour to ensure that any change in prices is reflected online and our print rate cards.
• We reserve the right to cancel your booking should our prices change.

Service Descriptions

• We strive to ensure that our services are described as accurately as possible on our website; however we do not warrant that the description is accurate. Where we become aware of any error in description, we reserve the right to rectify or omit it.
• Images have been provided for illustrative purposes only and we do not guarantee that any image will precisely reflect or portray the services provided.
• We highly recommend that you schedule your appointments in advance to ensure that your preferred time and treatment/service is available.
• If you are unable to attend your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid the full charge for unused spa time.
• Where cancellation notification is not received 24 hours prior to a treatment start time, and a client has not shown up to the appointment, the full charge for unused spa time will be processed.
• Where full charge occurs from no show or less than 24 hours cancellation notification for confirmed treatments, no compensation or alternative treatment time is offered.
• The Thai Spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect all spa guests’ right to privacy. Please turn off all cellular phones while in the spa area.
• Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that could affect your treatment or service when making your reservation. 
• In keeping with our commitment to cleanliness, safety, and hygiene, our equipment is sterilized and sanitized after every treatment and service.
• The team at The Thai Spa cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep all valuables with you during your visit.
• The Thai Spa reserves the right to refuse service to any client for any reason.  What we consider to be inappropriate conduct or language during a service will result in immediate termination of the service.

Bookings And Cancellations
